Hello! I'm Rahul Singh, a certified personal trainer based in Jaipur with over 8 years of experience in fitness and wellness coaching. My journey into fitness began as a personal transformation story - overcoming physical limitations and mental barriers that once seemed insurmountable.
After experiencing firsthand how proper training and mental wellness practices transformed my own life, I dedicated myself to helping others achieve similar transformations. I've worked with clients from all walks of life - from beginners taking their first steps into fitness to athletes looking to optimize their performance.
